I have lived here almost 8 months and all in all it is great. SOOOOO quiet compared to the last couple of places I have lived. The only problem is that they allow LARGE dogs and we live on a 1st floor and our new neighbors upstairs have a 200 pound great-dane. But like I said the apartment is nice, spacious and a good value. Maintance always comes in a timely manner (within 1-2 days) and they always do a follow up phone call to make sure everything was fixed. They are friendly and pleasent, all in all i would recommend this community to anyone, and I already did to a friend of mine and I got a 200 dollars once they moved in.
