I am a newer tenant of Kings Row. I read all the other reviews and can only say that I agree with the positive ones. I have been treated very well by Pauline and the rest of the people that work here. Every time I walk into their office, they have a smile for me and something nice to say. I feel like Pauline really cares about everyone that lives here. That's why I came here in the first place. I had gone all around looking and she was so helpful and friendly that I decided this was the place for me. I haven't had any problems and my apartment is a great size and in wonderful condition. I plan to stay.
