I have to say that my husband and I almost moved into the wrong apartments before we found Kings Row. I am happy to say that we are very happy here. (and before someone says anything, we are not white trash) We are in the military so we move around alot. Anyhow, yeah there are issues with noisy neighbors at times, kids playing really early in the morning in your yard, people honking in the fire lane and bugs. But really it's a beautiful place to live and I feel safe walking with my daughter around the complex. I have never felt unsafe or threatened by anyone of my neighbors. I do wish that some people would say hi when you walk by them or pick up their dog poop. I wish kids would stay in their yard and not be in mine. Anyhow, I would recommend this place to people. I have never had a problem with Pauline. I didn't like one girl they had in there though. Talking on the phone was more important. Well, anyhow, good luck.
