There are to many dogs for such a small area. Dogs poop is everywhere. Including the sidewalks. The dog poop is not imediately cleaned up and remains there until it is either stepped on or dissolves away. Many people have complained to the front office by nothing has changed.
Furthermore, the electric bill is enormous. In speaking with many tenants the average bill in the winter is in excess of $300.00. BEWARE DO NOT MOVE TO CHERRYWOOD.
