Watch out for the electric bill

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
The overall apartment is great. i have no problems with maintenance or the office staff. However the electric bill is outrageous each month in the amount of $300.00 dollars or more in the winter.
My suggestion would be to move to a apartment complex that pays for your heat. I would not recommend. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
