This is embaressing to say but I have lived in Cherrywood for 4 yrs now!! Not because I like it here, but because it's hard to find a place that will take both of my dogs. I have yellow mold all over my bathroom ceiling and black mold on my windows and my blinds. The electric bills are absolutely ridiculous. We pay over $300 a month for ours. Our stove and refrigerator are so old they date back to the late 1960's!!! There are alot of dogs here which we don't mind since we have 2 of our own but hardly anyone cleans up after them. We always make sure we clean up after our dogs but not everyone does the same here. We also own a small boat and not allowed to park it in the back parking lot even though there are many available spots back there. Some of the maintenance people are great and fix things right away the right way, but others do not. There have been 2 fires in this complex within the last year and we have had electrical problems in our apartment. I wouldn't reccommend this place to anyone, it's high pay for nothing. Thankd GOD we got a house and are out of here soon!!! The landscaping is boring all they do is cut the lawn and lay down some mulch. They cut down all the trees and didn't bother to replace them. It looks bare and ugly now. And....when the outside or parking lot lightbulbs burn out, they never bother to replace them they're out for good. Only move here if you don't mind mold, dog poop, old appliances, fires, walking on unlit walkways outside at night and parking your car in the dark parking lot because the light bulbs burned out over a year ago, and paying a very high electric bill!! Thank GOD we got our house and are out of here in Nov.
