I have lived at Cherrywood Apts for 4 years. I moved here from another state and found it online. It was reasonably priced, but every year the rent goes up 4%. I have to call maintenace multiple times to come and fix things and when they do they have to come back again to fix it.

I live in the buildings in the back and find that those are the ones that look the worst. There is no real landscape and if you want something done, then you have to plant it. They have also replaced the windows to the buildings in the front and have left the ones in the back with the ugly black windows.

Cherrywood has potential, but they need to higher more competent staff.
