Moved here in June 2006(well actully they made sign the lease 4 days early to charge me an extra $120)for an apartment that I didnt see yet.The sample I saw had all new appliances,new rugs,new kitchen and new bath.My apartment has none of this,it is 100% original.Although its not that bad,they could have spent those 4 days cleaning the carpets and other things to make the place look nicer.My first electric bill was $393 and my lowest bill was $322,and that was being conservative.I moved here from a 4 bedroom house with central air,a pool,a jacuzzi and a garage that was heated and air conditioned.I dont remember ever seeing a bill over $200.I thought something had to be seriously wrong so I called the electric co.They came out and checked the meter and every thing else an said that WAS AVERAGE for this complex.They also said that all the appliances including the heat/AC unit and the hot water heater are all original and extremely inefficient.If the electric bill dont scare you away the apartment itself is not bad.I found the office staff and maintenance to be friendly and helpful.There are alot of dogs, so if you dont like that dont move here. Parking is behind the buildings in some areas but I dont have a problem finding a spot.I havent had problems with neighbors,they all seem to be friendly and courteous.

I too experienced exorbitant electric bills at times over $347 and change! I moved out at the end of the lease, purchased a small house, electric bill $26.00! Friendly neighbors, no dogs....peace and quiet!
