Haven't Had Problems...

I am satisfied with my life here at Cherrywood...like others my electric bill has been high. But the new windows have helped. The dog owners (some) do NOT clean up after their pets and it is kind of annoying. The maintenance staff is good (sometimes slow) but the property is big so I can live with that. I like my neighbor and have no problem with him at all.... Parking is ample and lots of space. The one thing I did not understand was the $60.00 rent increase...that was a bit much....Overall, I enjoy it here. It is quiet, and pleasant. It is in a good location with easy access to all major roadways. The office staff is helpful easy to reach. and can One more thing... people do need to SLOW DOWN in the parking lot .... I do love where I live ....
