I have no idea what everyone leaves running, my electric bill is no more than $150 a month... and keep in mind you dont pay gas! I have lived here 7 months.... the first few months it was 80-90 bucks a month! I didnt work for 5 months out of the 7 months here, and I'm home with 2 small children... as I was pregnant and had a 3 yr old. I cook, do laundry , live as normal......... no high elecric bill!!!! Mainenance seems to have no clue how to really fix things, but they will cal someone to get it fixed. No real bugs or pest problems. Totally lit up and illuminated at night. Cool nice neighbors. decent hard working people/couples. No young freeloading drug dealers here. Its pricey for the size apartment you get, and parking isnt adeqaute( my only complaint) Office staff is friendly, and the free breakfast weekdays is amazing!!!!!! You get what you pay for here, and it really is the best complex around here. Sure everywhere else gas is included and maybe more space but its in a worse neighborhood, with alot more crime. TRUST ME!
