I have been hear 6 months and it has been great. I understand what the eletric cost is all about. What I did is called Atlantic City Eletric and went on the budget. I only pay 126 a month now and it is a lot better then the 350 a month I was paying. I thought I had to be here a year before budget billing but not the case. I had to call maintenace twice and both times they was here and fixed problem within 1 hour. After living at Lakeview for 7 years and hating all of them. I wish I would have moved here sooner. Fitness Center is good, and the free breakfast is a good perk. The office staff is wonderful. They have a business center you can use if you need to fax,copy or use the internet. Which I did when we first moved in Comcast screwed up installation.

I'm really lost on how you feel $126 is good for a 1 bedroom? I'm not sure, but maybe it's the norm around here.

To CherrywoodNoGood: When everything in the apartment is run on electricity, no gas at all, what else can you expect but a higher electric bill?
