I actually lived at the sister property across the street from Lindenwold Gardens, Pine Hill Gardens. But both properties had the same amenities, size, look, basically a mirror image of each other. A co-worker of mine lived in Lindenwold Gardens and suggested I move to Lindenwold Gardens because she loved it there. Unfortunately, there were no vacancies in L.G. but at the sister property. As the other poster mentioned, I really liked this place and even though it was small compared to the other place I lived at (The Pines), the washer and dryer and, kitchen area and seperate dining room were more than worth it. You will have to make a certain income (minimum and maximum depending on the number of occupants in the apartment)in order to live there (when I moved there, I just made the maximum income, I believe that this place accepted Section 8, but you can never tell if your neighbors were Section 8 or not because it was basically a quiet complex. I never had a problem with silverfish, roaches, mice or squirrels. There were a few ants that came in the apartment but they come in through the balcony door. The rent was pretty decent when I lived there, but it did have a tendency to go up every year (as expected). Your rent is based on your income and whether or not you are on Section 8. Since I had a decent salary, I had to pay the maximum. There is an income review every year and I will admit that when I got promoted at work after my first year, I didn't let them know. Maintenance was quick to respond to my requests and replaced things when necessary. The exterminator came every month and management kept residents aware of any happenings in the complex. I only left when I got a job promotion in Maryland. My deposit was given back to me within 3 weeks without any hassle. I highly recommend this place.
