I've lived here for a year now, and I am mostly happy with the apartment. The size of the apartment is large in comparison to all of the others I looked at. I have no complaints about maintenence, since everytime I have called them they have come pretty quickly. The one time I called the office instead of the emergency number for maintenence they ignored my message, but a few days later I went into the office to tell them I had a leak and nobody called me back and someone was there to fix my sink within the hour. It took a little longer to get my stove fixed, but the maintenence people are usually very apologetic and nice. My neighbors are usually quiet and nice. There are people a few doors down that have a lot of parties, but they are never out of control. The only problems I have is that they did work on my water heater, and now my water is rusty. The children in the neighborhood also tend to have no respect for other people's property, and have hit golfballs at my car and someone shot my car with a BBgun. The grass is cut weekly, and the office staff are usually nice although sometimes have a better-than-you attitude.
