I have lived here for 3 years, the first two years were okay. Now under new management they don't cAre about the conditions of the tenants or their surroundings. They have landscapers that don't speak english, the front office is not friendly and they don't care because they don't have to bother with the surroundings that we the renters have to put up with. If I had the money and time I would have moved and not resisned the lease. They had a nerve to go up but they don't keep up. It seems like they only cater to the front not the back of the complex. Do you think that's fare. We live here too and to be honest I wouldn't rcommend this place to anyone else.
Apartments are being used as trash bends when others don't think the trash bends are accessible. They use the parking lots for parties and a place to fix there cars. When you call the office what do they say' Nothing, because they don't live here. For the amount of money they want to live here you should be able to come home and call it home, not come to the place where you stay. Figure that out. Talking with the other residents they feel that they are being taking advantage of and why wouldn't they. You pay too much but where is the update to show where the money is going. They only give you something new if your old appliances breaks down. When do they repaint your apartment when it's time to move out, when do you get new carpet never. Your lucky if you get someone to shampoo it at whose expense. Millbridge is the bottom of the list for me. Hopefully this is my last year in the GHETTO.
