I am a former employee of Millbridge Apartments located at 1341 Blackwood Clementon Road in Clementon, NJ.
I no longer work there because I am an honest person and I refused to lie to the tenants. The owners of Millbridge tell the leasing staff who work in their office that we are never to tell the tenants what is really going on. Here is an example that actually did happen. A female tenant phoned us here at the office to complain about her heat not working, so I made an appointment for maitenence to go out to her apartment and take a look at it, now the female tenant told me that she would not be able to be there because she could not take off from work and that maitenence could use their key and go in to her apartment. Maitenence did go to her apartment and they did fix her heater and they also went through her underwear drawer and stole her jewelry. The female tenant called me the next day and told me how there was a thick liquid substance on her panties and that 2 of her gold rings were missing. I told her she should call the police and make a report, I also told her the names of the maitenence staff that went out to her apartment that day. This female tenant asked me if Millbridge does Criminal background checks on their employees and I told her no they don't because they won't spend the money. There is another cover up going on at Millbridge, the whole apartment complex is being bought out by a SENIOR CITIZEN developer, this means the whole apartment complex will be for SENIOR CITIZENS ONLY! The tenants are going to start to receive letters in the comming year that anyone who resided here at Millbridge apartments and is UNDER 55 YEARS OLD MUST VACATE THEIR APARTMENT WITHIN 90 DAYS!! This means you should start to look for an apartment somewhere else right now! If you call the office about this the office staff has been told to LIE and tell everyone that this is just a rumor and the reason for this is because thet want to make as much money as possible before they evict everyone under 55 Years OLD! Please tell everyone about this teel your neighbors, tell your friends and by word of mouth innocent people won't find themselves trying to find a NEW PLACE TI LIVE IN ONLY 90 DAYS. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!
