What can I say, I have lived here because I needed to (to save for my house). It didn't start out so bad, but now, I have had it!
Where should I start...
- Ants every year (for months).
- No lights over the front door.
- Siding SLAMMING against the side of my bedroom for days.. till they decide to fix it.
- The neighbors from (you know where) downstairs.
- The drug deals across the street.
- The loud music coming from the cars of the dealers (and customers) across the street.
- The dogs going all over the complex (even when it was NO PETS).
- The useless staff in the office who only do something when my fiance storms into the office (he's 6'3 and can look scary!)
- The assigned parking that isn't. (Nothing like driving 2 hours home in the rain.. to park down the way from my own spot)
- The impromptu basketball games (with the portable net) on the side of the building where I sleep.
- Electrical outages a couple times a year (not storm related... and only on the OLD end of the complex).
- Central Air filters they never change or units that don't work.
- Paint peeling and flaking from the 200 coats they have spayed all over (including over the tile for the tub).
- Light switches that are backwards. (Kitchen vs Dining area.)
- Outlets that don't work.
- Windows that don't close all the way.
- Dishwashers that leak all over the kitchen floor.
- Switching the addresses for Rent, then sending out the envelopes with the OLD address... so everyone's rent is LATE.
I could go on.. but you get the picture..!!
DO NOT RENT HERE... RUN.. WHILE YOU CAN!!
