I live in Millbridge in 2001-2002 and it was horrible. I wanted to move out a wek after I moved in. They would not give me the key to my apartment the day I was supose to move in and when I finally got in my kitchen appliances where all pulled out to the middle of the floor and beer bottles all over the place. It took me two monthes to get a new dishwasher, the old one was from the 70's. When something would break it would take weeks/months depending on what it was to get it fixed. I had sqirrels in my attic and in the walls that ran around constanly and made a lot of noises, and did teh complex do anything about it...take a guess...of corse not. Please think twice before moving here...you can do much better!
