My boyfriend and I moved into MIllbridge in Nov. The staff was helpful and they gave us a good deal. One thing I have to say is that the condition of the apartment when we moved in was not that great. They painted over the dust on the vents, countertops were rusty, pluming was not finished, we did however get new carpet..which unfortunatly ruined 2 vacuums. I have an upstairs with a den, it's very spacious and i like the eat in kitchen. The matinence men are very nice, however millbridge only hires a few of them so it takes them a while to get there. My air conditioner was falling out of the wall and we called a month ago, still no one came, then we called the township and they complained to the office managers. We had a window unit and two maintainence men fixing the air conditioner the next day. The worst part about Millbridge is the cost of the apartments. My rent is $709.00 but thats because they screwed themselves on the lease. they gave us an upstairs apartment for a downstairs price. hahaha saved us $600 bucks. But i can't complain about the neighboors, we live close to the office, but down farther seems to be a bit nasty. I wouldn't turn down millbridge, but i wouldn't stay more than a year.
