Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
My finance and I can't wait to move. The maintaince is horrible. I'd like to see 24 hours. We've both called a number of times for things such as leaking washer, doors not shutting b/c of leaky washer, BLACK MOLD b/c of the leaky washer, the kitchen sink clogging and back flowing, nasty smells, etc.

This is not a good place to live. You would be better off to take your chances in Chalet Gardens or maybe even Camden.
