We've lived here for almost a year now, and moved here because several years ago, when we moved into the area, we liked the place but couldn't afford it. Now it's not worth the price.

We had no heat at least 4 times within one month in the winter, and no hot water more mornings than I can count (meaning ice cold water, not just lukewarm.) The first three weeks of June, we had no air conditioning. Maintenance only responded to two of the calls, and I had just gotten out of the hospital and needed to be cool. It was over 90 degrees and HUMID every day.. not healthy.

Management and maintenance are almost totally unresponsive. Our neighbor told us she had an exterminator coming out because she had roaches.. we paid for our own exterminator and thankfully haven't seen anything.

The windows don't close properly, and if you DO get them shut, prepare to use a screwdriver to pry them open again. The complex is NOT safe.. I don't go outside alone after dark.

Move somewhere else.. Lakeview.. Stonybrook.. Narraticon.. anywhere but here.

Wow, I feel for you. We had a similar situation last summer where maintenance was out here weekly fixing our a/c. And the office staff couldn't seem to get anything straight, always asking us what the problem was no matter how many times we called.
