I moved in over the spring time and this place has been nothing ,but problems!!!!

I have been dealing with Dead Squirrels in the apartment for about a month now. No Response from management, slow moving and uncaring staff. Landlord and management of property doesn't take any steps to resolve problems, doesn't even return phone calls, You basically get Ignored!! What are we paying Rent for''' Nothing gets done around here!! Contract means nothing to them, since no one follows through with their end of the deal. I don't think anyone should have to continue to pay rent when they have to deal with Dead Rodents such as squirrels, leaving a nasty decaying odor that can be smelled throughout apartment, especially when the heater turns on, you can smell it through all the vents in the apartment!!! Smells like cooked squirrel in the kitchen! If you are thinking about finding a place to call home, Millbridge is definitely not the answer,Keep looking, if you move here, you will only be moving right out and into another place where you will be happier.

you may be able to file a lawsuit about the dead animals. Rodents carry diseases and decomposing rodents can spread even worse diseases. Call a lawyer or do research on the subject through the internet. Then call the main office in Northern Jersey - where you send your rent to, and speak to the person who handles Millbridge - he is actually a nice guy. Tell him the legality of your issue and that if action is not taken, you will take legal action against millbridge apartments. Including endagerment because of the diseases assciated with rotting animal carcasses.
