I grew up here in the 70's/early 80's. It was a good, middle-class community with a lot of kids and no trouble. We all knew each other and the older neighbors looks after the kids.

I visited in the late 90's and it looked much worse. Now, it sounds awful. Too bad. It was nice, once.

I lived in Millbridge Apartments in the early 80's. It was a nice apartment. The complex was well kept and the neighbors were nice people. I often thought that if I moved back to N.J., I would want to live at Millbridge again. But after reading some of the opinions, I don't think I even want to drive through the complex. Its very sad how Millbridge has not been maintained and how there seems to be no control over undesirable tenant behavior.
