Sometime mid-July the very best thing that could ever happen in Millbridge occurred.
The Property Manager/Maintenance Manager "Mark Kuzniar" left the Millbridge complex!! All I can say is "thank God" because this man caused so many people grief, aggravation and unnecessary stress it was unbelievable. For two years he ran this place like it was Communist Russia, making demands, screaming at people and just being totally insane. Many good people left the complex because he drove them nuts, and he was constantly taking people to court over stupid ---- that he always lost the case on!! And the best thing he did - which no other property manager in the 40 year history of Millbridge ever did - was take 2 apartments and make them into a wonderful condo for him and his family!! Who the hell did he think he was''' Even the owner/original builder of this place was comfortable enough in a 2 bedroom apartment!! Anyway, we don't have to worry about that nut running around taking pictures with his camcorder of all the little girls in the neighborhood anymore, we don't have to worry about him harrassing people about their pets, charging bogus pet fees or throwing people out because of their pets!!
Thank God this maniac is gone - all we can do is hope the new management does what they have said they would do by making improvements, which has already begun. Mark Kuzniar is no loss to Millbridge - good ridance to the craziest person I ever met!! No one here at Millbridge will miss his sorry ass!! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I have seen the office - well, new management got a lot of $$$ when they financed Millbridge to bring the dump back up to code for NJ & Glou. Twp. They are being really creative in the ways they are spending the $$ and raising rents for old tenants and new. The bottom line is the apts. are over 40 years old - they need face-lifts in order to compete with others in the area that are doing all new kitchens, all new baths, etc. And these other complexes all offer washer/dryer, so Millbridge in the long run is no great shake. The new owners are arrogant and treat women like they are dirt.

I think they are great they have always treated me well! And the place is looking great the landscaping the roofs, etc i think they are just great and they are just really trying to make this a great place for us to live.

Hi i would just like to know how you got rid of your former manager the "Mad Man" since he is now the manager of our complex, and he is doing the same thing here as he had done there. I would really appreciate any advice.He is now manager for Parkwood Village Apartments in Old Bridge. Thank you.

So.....I live here and I have no idea what you are talking about. It seems that he's the only one who's interested in doing some work around here and everybody else is into politics. Find something else better to do with your life.

I live in London Terrace which Mark is now working. I haven't had any run ins with him and I really don't want to from the sound of things, that nut running around taking pictures with his camcorder of all the little girls in the neighborhood anymore what do you mean ny this? This same Mark is walking into people apartments in London Terrace and Parkwood Village demanding to take pictures of their closets and the their belongings. Funny that Garden Homes choice to have this crazy nut job at their service. Shame on Dan Lancer and Garden Homes!!!! Get him off
