I moved in last November and the service here has improved tremendously. The office staff is really helpful. Katie who now works in the office is AWESOME! The apartments are the most spacious in the area (hence why I moved here.) I live on the bottom floor and minimal noise carries from apartment to apartment. I don't ever worry about going out to my car at night. There is always a space in front of my apartment. Sil was so polite when I needed something in my apartment fixed. I would recommend this community to everyone!

Apparently you have a friend that works in the office, the reason why you speak so highly of the office staff. The complex is a drug infested community just like Camden, only located in Clementon. It's not the staff or maintenance, it's the tentants the drugs and the ghetto atmosphere that has destroyed and continues to destroy this community. I think a police guard is needed to control the sale and distribution of drugs in this apartment complex.

Looks like this pwerson ( Happy Hunter 06) is a manager or owner of Lakeview apartments. For your information and for the information of other people, This place used to be bad but with the change in management i know for fact that this place will be the most premier apartment community in the area. The new management is working very hard and is addressing the problems very quickly. I am very happy and will recommend this place to all.

You have got to be kidding!! This place has fallen apart - it will never revive itself to the place it was many, many years ago. Happy Hunter is not the owner or manager of Lakeview. Sounds like the posting from 6-20 was written by the new management. Just this past weekend I counted in one area 7 empty apartments, with 3 more people loading up their trucks to get out of dodge - and the only move-ins seem to be people with a 20 year old car and plastic trash bags with their belongings!! That's the premier community - get real!!!

this place is horrible..i moved in last january and moving back out..its horrible that when u walk outside to ur car u see it on the asphalt that they spend so much $ to do but did nothing with the security... i had the rims and tires taken off my car and they did nothing about it(just asked me how long it would take me to move my car).ALSO..fire alarm bells?? wtf they go off randomly ALL the time..No1 will know when there is a real fire and be able to get out bc they go off so much..AND then i come home today and look on my porch and all my stuff on the porch was moved and some of the things that i had left over from a party that weekend were stolen...i cant wait to get out of this place!!!!!!!!!!!!
