I moved in November 06'. We picked this place because if the space. It is now July and I still call the office for problems with 90% of the appliances. They take thier time and unless you are there with the maintenance guy they don't know what is wrong. Secondly, the people in this place OMG this place is definitely go to the dogs. Kids do not have respect, they graffite on peoples doors when they hang out and when you bring it to the parents attention they are so ignorant. You can take the people out to the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of the people. I wish I could move this year. I have small kids and can only go out during the day.

Sorry you can't leave this place yet = I came here 6 years ago and it was a decent place. With every new owner it has gotten much worse, and now we have the Indian management!! They put new roofs on, however they have yet to put new gutters and downspouts, so when it rains now we really have a mess. Management says the kids are not supposed to be playing on the lawns or in the parking lots, but OMG that's all you see and hear. I swear half of these kids are deaf because they all try to outscream the other. They complain about big dogs, but we have a 7 lb. chiuauawa in this building that does nothing but stand in the bedroom window and bark all damn day!! So much for peace and quiet-that left with the previous owners of many years ago. This is nothing but a cash-cow for some Indian now who will turn it over to one of his other relatives after 4 years so they won't have to pay any taxes to the US!!!! Keep your small kids close to home - otherwise I wonder what the other BRATS will do to them if they are not in your sight. I wish you the very best in getting out of this hell hole that seems to have more section 8 tenants than those who actually pay rent!

I moved here in Dec 05 and i have to say that this is the most improvment i have ever seen... I think it is great that they dont let the kids play in the parking lot that just means that they care and they dont want them to get hurt or damage someone else's property. I think that is wonderful they need to keep up the good work!!
