I called the office to let them know my air conditioning wasn't working. They informed me that they turned off all of the units! They said the township made them do it, yet the township has no idea what I'm talking about. These are individual units. You do not need to completely turn off the central air unit for the heat to work! Simply turn the thermostat to "heat". I think I'm able to decide if I want a/c on or not! It was 80 degrees in my apartment and they don't care.
