I've been here for two years and was thrilled with the change until I got a taste of the new management. I had a problem in my apartment which was caused by the daytime maintenance man. I was left with no washer and no bathroom sink for 3 days. The office staff couldn't have been more rude or obnoxious. I was informed that it is the TENANTS responsibility to make sure your repairs are done, by calling the office every day until it actually gets done. Sure the landscaping looks nice but the increase in my rent should have been used for new carpeting , appliances and paint in apartments of renters who have suffered through NO repairs for years. I am leaving as soon as possible. Go to Cherrywood!!!

Sorry you had to spend two years in the hellhole - and happy to hear you made a wise choice to get out. The ------- think all they have to do is "DRESS THE PLACE UP" so that it looks good on the outside, but the inside and the office staff and maintenance are still crazy!! Who the hell ever heard of calling the office on a daily basis to make sure repairs get done?? Sorry, you have 40 year old apartments on the inside and a "new dress" on outside, but it is still the same old ---- at this place. My blessings to you as you go on to Cherrywood!!
