I have lived here for a while only b/c I had to find an apartment quick. Over all, they are too bad but definately over priced. The outsides look great but the insides have problems. The painting was sloppy (paint all over the carpet), the carpet needs replaced, and the windows let in drafts like crazy during the winter. The A/C works alright, but is not the most efficent unit and it's LOUD! While they pay for heat, I swear I couldn't get my furnace to go above 65 on the coldest days of winter. I had to buy some small space heaters to warm the place up. The walls are thin and people need to realize that they are living in an apartment which means keep your radios/TV and video games turned down. They people above me are pretty quite but I do hear them walking around. There are tenants that need to teach their kids manners, like staying off peoples patios and how to behave, but when I look at the parents, I know it's a lost cause. I'm disappointed that the pools aren't finished but oh well. I kept the place clean and neat. Haven't had many problems with the office. They are alright, nothing special. Would I rent here again' Nope, I'm moving as soon as I can. I just hope that I don't get taken on the security deposit. It was merely a place to hang my hat and not a home. If you want a home, look elsewhere.

glad to hear you are moving on and best of luck!!! I understand the new tenants are mostly lots of ------- and the young kids (indian) like to go around and threaten the other little kids (black, white, asian, etc.) telling them they are going to kill them and waving butter knives at them - true story from several tenants there with young kids. I am glad I made my move a year ago. Re: the air conditioning - the units for heat and AC are the original units in the buildings which are now 45 years old. There were so many complaints over the past 2 years that they were forced to put in new units for the tenants. This means they never did fix the existing problem with the boiler room in all the buildings, thus creating problems with both heat & AC. This place will continue to cosmetically "doll the place up" on the outside but the inside will continue to be 45 years old. The place needs all new bathrooms and the kitchens need new cabinets, floors, etc. Then they might be worth the ridiculous price they are stealing from the renters. Cherrywood and Chalet are busy putting in all new baths and kitchens as soon as apartments become vacant -- Millbridge "GARDENS" just continues to rent the same old stuff at the same price you can get all new stuff for at the other 2 complexes!!!

the race of kids is backwards in your statement... the attacking kids have lived here...and yes, the indian kids that were attacked just moved in not too long ago... moot point, but wanted to clarify to what the police report/newspaper stated.
