I have never had a problem with maintnance or the office, especially under the new owners. They are also doing a wonderful job cleaning up the place, with the 2 new pools, new signs, and wonderful landscaping. The biggest issue here is the crime. I had to buy a police scanner after living here because all I heard was sirens 24/7 and I see police cars in the complex constantly. And it seems it is becoming a problem very quickly, considering that this place was pretty quiet when we moved in a few years ago, and now something is ALWAYS going on. Within the past 4 months I have seen arrests, police dogs searching my backyard looking for someone, and the SWAT team bombard the building next to mine. This is NOT a safe place to live. We are moving out asap since we do not believe having children while living here is a very good idea. It's a shame, because without those problems, this would actually be a wonderful place to live.

I haven't had any problems with feeling unsafe because of crime. Most of the sirens that you hear are probably from Blackwood-Clementon Road, there's always something going on there. It may just be the location but it seems so quiet near me that it's almost eary.

I've been here for a year and love the place. I have not witnessed any crime nor have I heard sirens. Are you sure you aren't hearing the countless ice cream trucks coming through you complex. LOL, The ice cream is good and cheap!
