First off I would like to say what a bunch of annoying complainers.... Lets remember here people we rent. Just be happy that if you have a problem its someone else's job to take care of it. You don't have to replace a roof, replace the stove, fix the air condition yourself, and put in new blinds and carpet. that's why we rent in some cases.
I have lived her for the past 8 months and I must admit im pretty content with this place. My husband and I work different hours and theirs usually someone home at any given hour of the day. The noise that people seem to be freaking out about on the reviews is minimal. I'm not going to sit here and lie to you there is a little noise but thats what happens when you live in an apartment. If your looking for quiet then suck it up people and go get a house, if not then just remember you live in an apartment. The outside look of the place is nice nothing to write home about but were living indoors complainers and not out doors so what does it matter. Inside the apartment is nice it's what 35 year's old and I don't think it's doing bad at all. If I have any problem with something in the apartment management calls me and sets up an appointment time or lets me know when they have the time. I have to say they stay on top of that stuff and even call me back to confirm it's been taking care of to my satisfaction. The only thing that does seem to tick me off a little is the parking. We have two cars and one parking space makes it a little difficult at times. As far as the neighbourhood everyone seems to keep to themselves which is just fine by me. Overall my experience here has been good, and im looking foward to renewing my lease in a couple of months.
ps- I love my full size washer and dryer, and thats the main reason I picked this place.
