In the two years at Pine Valley Court, the environment changed tremendously. Management started leasing to anything and everything that was willing to pay - drug dealers, child molesters, ten member family in a one bedroom apartment, etc - the list could go on. Noise levels are a huge issue. You are able to hear every sound, squeak, burp, and moan from your neighbors above or below you. The management staff are smokers, and if you would like to talk to them, you have to wade yourself through the vapors to get to the desk. The lighting is very poor, as is snow removal. Landscaping is limited to cutting of the lawn, trimming hedges, and a sprinkling of flowers - supposedly to beautify the property. If you have problems with mold, then you defniitely want to stay away. The basement apartments in all the buildings are filled with mold, as well as many 2nd and 3rd floor apartments.

You will be treated fairly as long as you don't complain about anything or call any local or state agencies to help resolve an issue.

Over all, I would not recommend this place to anyone. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

We at Corsa Management are very disappointed in this former resident's remarks and would like to address them. We took over management of Pine Valley Court in 2001. We have recently improved our lighting, sewer systems, hallways, and parking areas, and we are presently making big improvements in our landscaping. We have always screened every applicant for his/her credit, court and criminal history, and this year our standards are tougher than ever to get in. Any past problems with occupancy or other lease/law violations have been dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible, and the amount of problems has diminished. We have had a few instances of mold in apartments (not several), but have found (through an environmental companys examination) there is nothing present that is hazardous, and we have cleaned and removed quickly any that was found. Smoking is not allowed in our office, but some residents do bring in cigarettes and are asked to extinguish them. Complaints and concerns are always welcome and can be addressed to our corporate office if desired. We invite anyone to come and speak to our residents. - David Corradi, Rental Supervisor

Just because you have a company policy doesn't mean that of the rental managers follow that policy. When I was speaking of smoking in the ofifce, I was not referring to tenants coming into the office with cigaretes. I was referring to Gidget and Michelle smoking - SMOKING - in the office.

As for the mold, I know for a fact that there are still apartments with mold in them.

If you want to improve the lighting try using white light instead of yellow lights.
