I was about to sign the lease and give my security deposit when the man who showed me the apartment failed to mention that I have to pay $50 a month for parking (even if I don?t have a car!) in addition to my rent. I was told by the man that parking was free in the lot except for reserved spots and the garage however management told me that I have to pay for parking whether I had a car or not. Two hours later they changed their story and told me that I will not have to pay for parking because of miscommunication between the management and the staff. Although I do not have to pay for parking, I chose not to live there because managment was very rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. Ask many questions and be careful who trust.
