I'll start with the positive. I like the space I get for a studio. That's it for positive aspects of this place.

The rent is way overpriced, even with utilities included. I'd rather pay for utilities and have my rent knocked down a few hundred dollars.

One major complaint is the noise factor. I've been hearing someone hammering in the apartment above me for weeks now. This is likely an isolated case, but I doubt the ability to hear a neighbor sneeze (no joking) is. The hardwood flooring throughout the entire apartment carries noise beyond belief. In addition to this, the walls must be rather thin because I can clearly hear conversations and what my neighbors are doing, whether they are talking normally or having a good time being slightly louder. Also, route 3 (major highway) is in the backyard so expect constant road noise.

Management...it's hard to say something that hasn't already been said about the management. Rude...inconsiderate...just out for their own well-being and do not care about the tenants whatsoever. I called to ask them a question and they asked me something in regards to something they wanted to know about regarding my apartment and tried to hang up. Fortunately, the representative didn't ignore my loud, persistant cries for "WAIT, HOLD ON!"

Oh, and don't plan on receiving ample notice if they do something that could, oh, I don't know...damage your car. They put up a sheet in the elevator one night saying that work was to be done in the parking lot the following morning and that all cars must be out of the lot by 7 am, and that they wouldn't be responsible for damage to cars left in the lot should it be left past 7.
