I have lived here only three months, but I completely agree that the staff is rude, inconsiderate and uresponsive to complaints. The apartment is too cold or too hot (now that there is no air condtioning and 90 heat). Someone has been parking in my space. The response to the heat complaint was that there was nothing they could do about it.
