Yes, you read it right! J&J ought to buy Country CLub Towers and manage it. Why, you ask' Well, because the current management and maintenance company has used countless band-aids to cover up for the fact that they either do not know how to maintain the place, or do not want to pay for the necessary repairs to be completed.

This place is one big band-aid, and it's getting worse and worse. They can't fix major issues, such as outdated and defective appliances, outdated and defective heat and A/C, heavily outdated and severely defective plumbing, etc, etc...

Their appliances are very old, and they will make all efforts to not replace them. We have dealt with a broken dishwasher for 3 years now, and they refuse to replace it. They have even gone so far as acknowledging in writing that they can't make the repairs, but still will not replace it.

Plumbing... Do I start in the ceilings or the bathrooms' Every summer, condensation allegedly builds up in the pipes, causes the ceilings to bubble, peel, and crumble, and they cannot fix it. After relentless complaining, they ripped apart our ceilings and recovered the pipes. Within a few months, all of the peeling, bubbling, and crumbling has returned. Yet another band-aid.

Bathrooms... How many times must one call in for shower issues before they acknowledge there is a serious problem' Does a knob need to come off the wall, with water shooting out through the wall to make a difference' Nope, it happened, and it changed nothing. Another Kamson/Country Club Towers Band-Aid. Is J&J interested, yet'

Good review !! You say it like it is. I was thinking of renting there but realized that there had to be "more" than what meets the eye. Thanks for saving me from making a huge blunder.
