When I first moved into the building I chose a small apartment as I wasn't going to be home that much. Shortly after that I started to work from home and the disappointments followed. First, the air conditioning for the small apartments that face the golf course are inadequate. There were many days when the apartment easily reached 75-80 degrees. My neighbors are loud and I can't seem to get rid of them and there's constantly something going wrong in or around the building. We didn't have AC for 2 weeks in the hotest part of the summer. Noisy, smelly, hot and frankly no one in management seems to care. Don't sugget renting here unless absolutely necessary!
