The buildings are on a quiet street. Close to the park and ride with the express bus getting u into the city in 30 min. Hallways are always clean. Laundry room( Machines leaking and people falling on the puddles), Water temperature (You will continuously scald yourself) Basement incline from parking lot (Too Steep) and the fact that they have the worst cleaning of the parking lots when it snows. They dont plow or ice. The snow on the streets is completely gone and the lot is still dangerously icy from not plowing properly. Cars are stuck, people are falling...the worst building when it comes to that, These are all law suits in the making. Apt is huge. View of the golf course is nice. Lots of light. Even nicer when you get the code to open the country club gate and access the building directly from route 3. VERY ACCESSIBLE. Walls do seem to be paper thin and you can hear peoples conversations from the hallway. Super hard water. Bathroom is good looking when you take all the hard water stains off the doors. Nice lobby. Doormen are lazy and rude. Only one was ever nice enough to get up and help me with the door. The others have nasty attitudes and you cant even ask them a question. Close to willowbrook mall and route 46 strip malls. Dishwashers and ac are old and not reliable. There was a prob with the bathroom ceiling leaking and the fridge leaking but maintenance responded promptly and took care of it. We were content but we adopted a dog that we both fell in love with and will be moving to a pet friendly building with a balcony. Overall a nice experience.
