These reviews seemed alittle harsh. I had to write a positive review. I understand that bad news does travel faster then god news. So thats why I am sure people put more negative then positive reviews on this site.

I moved here in sept 08 and I con honestly say everything was perfect.

The price is right

nice view of the golf course

the staff was very friendly.

I did have a couple of problems

1. My fridge was leaking (Fixed right away)
2. A leak in the bathroom from the people above me. The ceiling was breaking when I noticed it. ( Once again fixed right away)

The main contact I have had in the rental office was Anabell. She is very professional and treats me with alot of respect.

Everything is clean and well maintained. Grass is always Groomed and my 1 bedroom is HUGE!!!

I have zero complaints.

lol... Wait until the middle of the summer so you can feel what "cooled air" feels like instead of an actual Air Conditioning system. Although yous issues were fixed promptly, a common theme is that the appliances are old, outdated, and are in need of replacement, and that the pipes in the building are very old and NOT maintained. You will read various accounts of leaking, ceilings falling in, paint chipping. Their fix? Scrape it off, paint it, and pretend it's fixed until it comes back again 6-8 months later... If Management would only spend money on the apartments like they did upgrading the lobby, CCT could have the potential to be a nice place to live. It is nice today, but not for $1,500-$2,000/month.

ok, well some people dont complaint at all times. if you have problems then give a chance to fixe it, and its not the employees fault, they are doing there job. if you dont like it move.

When I first moved in all was great too.. the views are great but when you're looking through windows with the celing falling on your head it's not pleasant. Hopefully a pipe won't burst and flood your apartment so you won't have to wait a month to have repairs made.
