I've lived here for almost 8 years and I am moving in May 2010. I love my apartment and of course it's views and proximity to various destinations. I have one of the larger units and hate to have to move. The repairs to existing infrastructure are made by unskilled workmen at their leisure and most times for a cash fee. A few years ago they upgraded the lobby and if you re not careful when you lean up against the security desk it will fall over. The gym floods and is laden with mold like the rest of the building.

The reserved parking is extra yet there isn't enough free parking. The gym that s falling apart and the pool which is only open hours convenient to the retired tenants are also extra. Don t be fooled. Although the rooms contain heating/ac units you can control, the management at their discretion will turn of the AC or Heat so that they only blow air. The ceilings are always water damaged because of the age of the ac units and there is a rodent problem.

The only thing the management manages to do is frustrate tenants with their nasty, condesending and dismissive attitudes. I was recently told that no work would be done on my apartment unless it was "rotting". When I called in about my rodent problem they suggested I move my dry goods from the bottom cabinet to the top (which i don't have space for) and that the mice would usually move on after that.

My mother always said.. Just because the face is clean doesn t mean the ass isn t dirty.
