My husband and I live in one bedroom apartment for five years and every year is getting worst. I got robbed once; our car got damaged couple of times. The apartment is off Route 46 but the noise is from the children playing. You will find no privacy if you open your windows and live on the first floor. The apartments are very small with low ceilings. The apartment's windows are not insulated and air conditioning is difficult. The apartment??s built-in closet in the bedroom is ??a joke with a door??.

This is ??all good?? if it wasn??t for the maintenance issues. The maintenance staff is not competent; they do not know how to fix even the simples things. They may enter your apartment to do the repairs without you knowing. You may wait until the next business day for them to call you back no matter how important.

We are looking to buy a house in the next couple of years and put an end on all this.
