No steady hot and cold running water. If you are in shower or doing dishes, the hot water turns itself off or slows down automatically. Wonder where they got this technogy to do so!!!!!
For people who are hard working and want to "come home" to rest and get ready for next working day...God forbit if you live on 1st floor. Upstairs renters will not let you sleep.
Your ceiling is their "hard wood" floor and they will walk in shoes/sandals. Ceilings are very low here and no "buffer zone" between upstairs floor or downstairs ceiling. God forbit, if upstairs renters are Polish, the Super will encourage you to leave and the owner of this complex, also Polish, will not return your Security Deposit back saying you damaged his apartment.
Please pay attention to what I am saying.

Thank you for posting your review. I live in Richfield Village and I was thinking of moving to Franklin Gardens. It is the same exact crap as Richfield Village. You saved me from moving to another dump. Thanks, with all of my heart. YES, I do beleive you, too !!!
