As soon as my lease is up, I am moving out. A short list of the problems I have had here: clogged and overflowing toilet, major leaks under the sink (ruined all my belongings I had stored there), nonworking refrigerator for the first week when I moved in, and every time it rains the bathroom ceiling leaks majorly. Ruined all my bath mats and a major annoyance having to mop and bail every time it rained. Could get no response from the property mgr on the ceiling leaking, and slow response on the other problems. Also, the other residents of the community will help themselves to any package you have delivered, it is not safe to have things sent there that will not fit in your mail slot. The laundry room is a total nightmare, creepy and dirty.
