I hate this place

I've been living here since I was a little kid, about 18 years. I am so happy I am done with school and can finally move out. The rent is cheap, especially since we've been here so long, but you get what you pay for. Parking is the worst. If you don't get home early enough, you have to park in a lot a good distance from your apartment. Forget about parking on the street unless you never leave the house. And to make it worse, the lot by my apartment floods because the drains underneath collapased, and that eats up another 6 parking spots. They don't remove the snow well enough, and they never plow the path in front of my house. Maintenance is slow and the work is poor. A state inspector came in and said my bathroom had to be redone. It took them 3 weeks. I could have done it in 1 week. And it looks very unprofessional. Lights around the parking lot and on the pathways blow out and they don't change them unless you bug them about it. It took them a year of me complaining to replace the bulb that lights my lot. These apartments are very old, and they don't seem to care about updating them. I have peeling paint, doorknobs that don't work, and a screen door that doesn't stay shut. I had a matchlight stove that was probably from the 60's up until 1 year ago. They finally replaced it after complaining for 8 years. We have had termites in the past, and now get these giant waterbugs. On a positve note, it is pretty quiet around here, and this part of Clifton is nice. The ladies working in the office are friendly, but these are the only decent things I can think of to say.
