Rent is around 850 for 1 bedroom and
around 1000 for 2 bedroom.

But the bedroom is so small 10x12 hardly fits your bed.

There are 2 closets which are very small to fit even 1 person stuff.

They don't give refrigerator and AC you need to buy your own.(My friends finds this very unusual)

Living with children is fine if you get nice location . If it is in front of main roads like Allwood Rd , Brookside Drive its bad.

I lived there for 3 years. Maintenance people would charge you to fix sometimes. I have heard 2-3 cases like this.
When called to fix something in your apartment they would say it was new before you came in ..you need to pay for the fix and they would charge you for that.

Since aprtment are old they have more maintenance problmes.
