This is, by far, the mostly costly and least desirable rental I have ever lived in my entire life. Stifling, suffocating 88 degree temps during the winter months from uncontrollable heat. In fact, I suffered the entire winter with respiratory and sinus infections. Rotted screening, cracked windows, murky, rust-like brown tub water, slugs coming in from under the baseboard moldings, large, black 'mold-like' stains on walls, cracks in front door, plumbing backups and poor drainage. Recently, I noted a 'sewerage firm' vacuuming basement waters from broken pipes and spraying the basements with a bleach-like solution. A very unhealthy atmosphere and definitely not a place that I could call my home.
