I have lived here for the past 5 years and the only thing keeping me here is that I work about a minute from my apartment. Over the past 5 years this place has gone to hell. Maintenance is non-existant and since the place is so old it keeps on getting worse. When the heat turns on in the fall, it sounds like someone is in the boiler room exploding bombs all night. You can't even sleep. The apartment has the old style plaster walls, so you and your neighbors get no privacy at all. You can't even hang pictures because the wall falls apart when you try to hammer a nail into it. The heat in my apartment is on way to high and when you call, they tell you there is nothing they can do. You are forced to run the A/C all winter! Paking spaces are non-existant and in the winter it's even worse because they don't remove the snow. There is no back door, so lazy tenants leave there garbage on the porch for you to smell. These apartments have become "The Clifton Projects" as it is known around town. Pick up the local paper and you will see vehicles are burglarized here on a weekly basis. Don't be fooled by the model apartment. It is a palace next to the dump that your unit will be. Stay away!
