so far so good for us. my husband and i just moved into a renovated 1 br about 2 months ago. all the appliances are brand new and the apt is really clean. the heat is high but we have lived in nyc in different apts for the past 8 years and never really had much heat even after days of complaining so its a nice change. people complain about this but just open the windows... better than wearing your coat inside.
the office staff have been really nice and helpful and its very quiet. again this is compaired to nyc and brooklyn. we barely hear our neighbors.
i would recommend this place! it seems like alot of people complain but they have been living here for the past 5 yrs so what gives' if it suxs so much why didn't you move yet' why keep giving them your money' can't be that bad.
the price, commute to nyc, and area are a huge plus.
we rent a garage also so i can't comment on parking.
