Very Good Place To Live!

"A reasonably priced apartment in Clifton City with rent control" is how I would characterize this living community. It's not extremely spacious, closet space is lacking, and you have to supply your own air conditioner and refrigerator. Maintenance can be a bit lazy, but the response time is fast and they are very competent, sometimes you just have to keep on them. These are really the only bad points of living here. Clifton City is very nice, this place is located about a minute from route 3 and Garden State Parkway. 46 is about 3 minutes away and the NJ turnpike is about 5 - 7 minutes. The lincoln tunnel is but 11 miles down the road, George Washington Bridge is 14 miles. Very convenient! This is, once again, a rent controlled apartment, my rent goes up from $785 to $793 this year. The office staff is probably the nicest I have ever dealt with. They make every effort to ensure a pleasant living experience. Shopping, dining, entertainment is all within walking distance. Train station is 3/4 mile away.
