I take some of it back....

I recently wrote a review about how I loved this place. Well, now that I am here longer, I take SOME of the things back. Specifically, mold issues. It really does smell like mold in my apartment all over the stairs area and the living room. The apartment is decent, really, for the price and the location I suppose. (I pay $1250 for a two bedroom.) I do not like the size, or the fact that I feel so "closed in". All the windows are stuffed with cheap A/C units that hardly work. I have 3 units, and only 1 works right now. It wouldn't be so bad if I could just open a window, but I would have to remove the units entirely. There are no patios or balconies, which kind of sucks as well. The new cabinets and such are very cheap, but way better than most apartments so I like them. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, too. The bathtubs are painted, and dirt sticks to them. I have to clean the tub almost everyday.
All in all, it's really not too bad for the short term, but I don't want to renew my lease.
