It has been over a week and management will not provide heat after 7 PM. It is so ICY COLD at night and in the morning. I have to turn on the gas stove every evening and in the morning before leaving for work.

The walls are paper thin.
I hear the loud snores of a neighbor downstairs and you can actually hear the doorbell of the next door neighbors, who happen to run some kind of a child day-care or baby-sitting charade.

Mold is big a problem with the majority of tenants. I reported about mold problem in late 2005 and maintenance is yet to fix this. The bathroom paint has been peeling since last summer and of course this is not going to be fixed.

I am finally throwing in the towel and moving out. I need to get back my health, do away with the high blood pressure, and not have to deal with the rude staff.

Please don't move in and do not be deceived by the model apartment.

How long have you been there? They only rent apts. now that look like the model. They started this in late 2005 I think. They remodel every apt. that becomes available. I actually love it here. I rent a renovated 2-bdrm. It's exactly like the model. I don't know about the heat problem either, I get too much of it, which is actually a problem to me. It's constantly hot 24/7. I don't see any mold either....What street do you live on?

I've had a mold problem/heat issue too. I'm out of here in June, thank God

I'd actually rather have less heat and be able to put another blanket on then NOT be able to control the heat and have it stifling while I sleep. At Styertowne they pump heat so badly that mold grows on the sills. I have to bleach the window sills because of the disgusting heat here!
